Shipping Locations

Currently, TUCC ships only within Bangladesh.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• Inside Chattogram: 1–2 business days
• Major Cities: 2–3 business days
• Other Areas in Bangladesh: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location and order value.

From time to time, TUCC may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information from our delivery partner, if available.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided during checkout are accurate.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Returns and Exchanges

TUCC offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
